Job Description:

NetCreativeMind Solution Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements and coordinating with technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Prepare BRD, FRD, and SRS documents
• Conduct client and stakeholder meetings
• Coordinate with development and QA teams
• Perform gap analysis and process improvement
• Support UAT and project delivery
• Ensure timely project execution

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA, MS Visio, etc.

Qualification:

• Education: B.Tech / MCA
• Experience: 3–4 years as a Business Analyst
