We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in web development projects and AI-based solutions. The ideal candidate should understand both business requirements and technical implementation, especially in website development, web applications, and AI-driven systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for web and AI-based projects
• Prepare BRD, FRD, and technical documentation
• Work closely with web developers and AI/ML teams
• Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications
• Participate in project planning, sprint discussions, and client meetings
• Analyze website performance, user behaviour, and suggest improvements
• Support AI integration projects (chatbots, automation tools, data-driven systems)
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Identify process improvements and recommend scalable solutions

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in IT projects)
• Strong understanding of Web Development (frontend, backend, APIs, databases)
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts (Machine Learning, Chatbots, Automation, Data Analytics)
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Excel, and reporting tools
• Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in web-based or AI-related projects preferred

Compensation & Growth

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
