Business Analyst

Business Analyst Looking for an enthusiastic and passionate candidate who enjoys evaluating and analysing data, creating solutions, working with a variety of people and have a good grasp of information technology to join our startup.

Job Responsibilities Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Extensive market research to understand latest trends and developments related to the business including competition analysis. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Author, document and update new product features. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Performing user acceptance testing. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Skills Required

A minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis or related fields. (Experience can be negotiated for extraordinary candidates) Advanced technical skills.

Excellent documentation skills. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Knowledge of working with Power BI or similar applications would be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
