Responsibilities

Analyze marketing, sales, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and ROI.
Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to leadership teams.
Assist in market research and competitive analysis for new campaigns and projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in business analysis, marketing analytics, or operations.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience in marketing or digital campaigns is a plus.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
