📍 Location: Bhopal,

🔍 Job Objective

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves translating business needs into data-driven solutions, driving digital transformation, and leveraging Agile methodologies along with AI-enabled technologies.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS, FRS, user stories)
• Create wireframes, process flows, and use cases
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA, and product teams in Agile/Scrum setup
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution evaluation
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release cycles
• Use data analytics tools to generate insights, reports, and KPIs
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements
• Ensure compliance with business goals, standards, and user experience
• Support change management and stakeholder communication

💡 Required Skills

• Strong experience in Business Analysis & Requirement Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting
• Understanding of API integrations, SDLC, and system architecture
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of CMMI Level 3+ standards

🚀 Good to Have

• Experience with AI tools, RPA, and automation
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, DPDP Act 2023, and IT governance
• Experience in dashboards, MIS reporting, and data visualization
• Exposure to audits (VAPT, IT compliance, security audits)

🎓 Qualification

• BE / B.Tech (IT / Computer Science / AIML)
• OR
• Postgraduate (IT / Computer Science / MCA / AIML)
• MBA (Preferred)
