Summary of the Position:

Techplus Infotech is an IT services provider company based at Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Company provides IT services and software development in Banking domain preferably nationalize banks. Envisaging a rapid growth, we dream to expand to three times of our current size in coming financial year.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ability to understand project requirements and briefs to build workflows and documentation required to build the solution.

2. Responsible to prepare documents those are BRD/BRS, FSD/FRS and activity/usecase/ sequence diagrams,wireframes, mockup for design of user interface.

4. Business Logic: Rules and logic governing system behaviour.

5. Process flows can be represented using flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, or other graphical tools, with annotations to provide additional context.

6. Clear understanding of SDLC concepts and best practises

7. Strong understanding of web applications, websites, mobile applications, and related technology solutions.

8. Communicate with senior people in organisations to find out what they hope to achieve.

9. Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research

10. Oversee the implementation of newly proposed systems.

11. Validate the test cases.

12. Co-ordinate with the implementation team to make them understand about feature of the product.

13. Contributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes. Prepare user guide of the systems

Qualification and Skills:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, business management or administration, or related field.

2. 3+ years’ experience as a business analyst for web based IT products.

3. Should understand ERP echo systems.

4. Hands on knowledge of the tools (draw.io/enterprise achitect/ ms visio) to draw the activity diagrams, use case diagrams etc.

5. Hands on knowledge of the tools to draw prototype i.e. InVision, Figma, Sketch, Proto.io etc.

6. A team player but can work independently too.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
