Business Analyst

Role Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst to understand client business processes and translate them into effective solutions. The role involves requirement gathering, solution mapping, and coordination with the implementation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze client requirements.
  • Prepare BRD / FRD and process flows.
  • Map business needs to applications.
  • Coordinate with developers for implementation.
  • Support UAT, client demos, and go-live.
  • Maintain functional documentation and user training.
  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; provide regular updates to clients.

Required Skills:

  • Strong business process understanding.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience required
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho(preferred).
  • Exposure to other Zoho apps is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills..
  • Familiarity with project management tools and practices.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in Business / IT / Engineering.
  • Zoho certification preferred.
