Business Analyst

A Business Analyst (BA) plays a key role in helping organizations improve processes, systems, and decision-making by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

What a Business Analyst Does

A Business Analyst analyzes how a business operates and identifies ways to make it more efficient, profitable, or scalable.

Core Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering
  • Meet with stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Document functional and technical requirements
  • Data Analysis
  • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
  • Use tools like Excel, SQL, or BI software
  • Process Improvement
  • Evaluate current workflows and suggest improvements
  • Design optimized business processes
  • Communication
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and IT/developers
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Solution Implementation
  • Support system implementation or upgrades
  • Participate in testing (UAT – User Acceptance Testing)

Key Skills

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: QAR96,000.00 - QAR144,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
