Business Analyst

Our client is an organization in the Marathon County area that’s looking for a Business Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and independent. The salary for this position is $95k – $110k.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market, industry, and financial research to support deal sourcing, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance dashboards to assess investment opportunities and portfolio performance
• Support due diligence efforts, including data gathering, analysis, and risk assessment for potential investments
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights for leadership
• Assist with investor and board communications, including preparation of presentations and reporting materials
• Provide cross-functional project management and strategic support, including business development, marketing initiatives, and ad hoc analysis

The Business Analyst will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, financial reporting, etc.; manufacturing background preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High degree of initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably AI and data/BI tools
