Business Analyst – Commercial Growth & AI Strategy

Reports to: Regional President

Roofing Corp of America is seeking a strategic, data-driven Business Analyst to help modernize how we manage sales performance, customer relationships, and operational efficiency.

This is not a traditional reporting role. You will work directly with the President to design and implement a data strategy that drives measurable revenue growth and accountability across our commercial team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement KPI frameworks for commercial sales performance
• Optimize CRM workflows to improve follow-up and customer retention
• Identify revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Design API integrations across multiple software platforms
• Implement AI and automation tools to improve reporting and workflow efficiency
• Build executive dashboards and performance visibility systems
• Influence commercial leaders to adopt structured, data-driven processes

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in business analysis, revenue operations, or business intelligence
• Proven experience improving sales performance through data
• Strong CRM optimization background
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations
• Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Strong executive communication skills
