Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our operations and technology team. You will work closely with mortgage operations, compliance, and IT to identify process improvements, document requirements, and help deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
• Create process maps and workflows using Visio or Lucidchart
• Support Agile project delivery (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Assist with UAT to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency in Agile and SDLC methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Valid UAE residence visa or ability to transfer

Preferred:

• Experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services (UAE/GCC)
• Knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
• SQL knowledge
• Arabic language skills
