Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and operations
• Create process models, workflows, and business documentation
• Support system implementation, testing (UAT), and deployment
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or SAP
• Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
• Experience working in domains like Finance, Healthcare, or Technology

Salary Range

$70,000 – $110,000 per year (depending on experience and location)
