Overview:
The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical individual who can take initiative, multitask effectively, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. The Business Analyst will collaborate with clients, vendors, IT teams, leadership, and operations to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.

Create detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes to support project development and implementation.

Propose and implement solutions that align with business goals, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Generate reports to communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders and management.

Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems and processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and identify process improvements.

Partner with project managers and senior leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals.

Work with urgency and adaptability in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT; healthcare experience preferred.

At least 2 years as a Business Analyst with experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.

Strong technical aptitude with troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).

Experience creating screen mocks and diagramming process flows.

Familiarity with project tracking tools is preferred.

Agile methodology and product ownership experience is preferred
