Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Business Intelligence Analyst (Entry-Level) to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers in business intelligence who have strong analytical skills and an interest in transforming data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business and strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
• Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs
• Support the development of KPIs and performance tracking metrics
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings in a clear and structured manner
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure data integrity and consistency
• Document processes, reports, and analytical methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and/or data querying techniques
• Familiarity with at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau )
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or academic project experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices
• Exposure to ERP or CRM systems is a plus
