We're hiring a
Business Analyst
to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business goals into actionable plans that drive efficiency, growth, and smarter decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
from stakeholders across departments

Translate business needs into clear specifications
for product, engineering, and operations teams

Map current and future-state workflows
— identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities

Conduct process analysis
and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce cost

Work with data
— pull, analyze, and present insights using SQL, Excel, or BI tools
-
Create dashboards, reports, and presentations
for leadership and stakeholders

Support project management
— define scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
and validate that delivered solutions meet requirements

Maintain documentation
including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and SOPs

Act as a liaison
between business stakeholders and technical/development team
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field

3+ years of experience
as a Business Analyst

Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in
Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) and
SQL
for data analysis

Experience with
requirement gathering, BRD/FRD writing, and process mapping

Familiarity with
project management tools
(Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar)

Excellent
written and verbal communication
in English

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
