A leading global investment platform is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join its Technology team, supporting the business-critical applications that power investment, portfolio, fund operations and investor reporting workflows.

This is a genuinely hybrid role sitting between technology, operations and investments - ideal for someone who enjoys combining business analysis, applications ownership and project delivery within a high-performance investment environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and enhancing core investment and fund operations platforms
• Gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, process maps and user stories
• Leading end-to-end application and transformation projects
• Managing integrations between investment systems, reporting tools and data platforms
• Driving system reliability, data quality, governance and operational efficiency
• Managing vendors, SLAs, renewals and platform roadmaps
• Supporting users and continuously improving workflows and processes

Ideal background:

• 8-10+ years’ experience within high performance financial environments
• Strong understanding of investment operations, fund accounting, investor reporting and the investment lifecycle
• Experience working closely with both business stakeholders and technology teams
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as eFront, Investran, Allvue or similar
• Exposure to reporting tools, SQL, data warehousing or cloud environments is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and project delivery experience
