Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.
  • Analyze current business processes, workflows, and pain points.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), user stories, and use cases.
  • Create process flows, wireframes, mockups, and workflow diagrams.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Support solution design, system integration, and process optimization.
  • Work with QA teams on test scenarios, UAT planning, and defect resolution.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain business sign-off.
  • Track project scope, change requests, risks, and dependencies
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support
