Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.

Analyze current business processes, workflows, and pain points.

Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), user stories, and use cases.

Create process flows, wireframes, mockups, and workflow diagrams.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.

Support solution design, system integration, and process optimization.

Work with QA teams on test scenarios, UAT planning, and defect resolution.

Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain business sign-off.

Track project scope, change requests, risks, and dependencies

Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support
