
Job Description:
Business Analysis
-
Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs

Produce high-quality artifacts: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE), and data mapping documents

Conduct gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and impact analysis for change requests
-
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of scope and priorities

Support UAT planning, test case review, and sign-off coordination
Project Management
-
Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and status reporting
-
Manage project scope, timeline, and budget; proactively flag risks and drive mitigation plans
-
Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives) in Agile/hybrid environments
-
Maintain RAID logs, project dashboards, and executive-level status reports
-
Coordinate across multiple vendors, internal teams, and client stakeholders
