Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial technology organization, is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. The Technical Business Analyst will partner with business and technology teams to support complex business processes, issues, and projects across multiple applications and platforms. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, supporting enhancements, coordinating cross-system solutions, and ensuring requirements remain aligned and traceable throughout the software development lifecycle. The analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, QA, and technology teams to maintain a strong understanding of business processes, integrated systems, data flows, and cross-system dependencies.

Experience of the right candidate:

3–5+ years of experience in an IT environment performing business and technical analysis across multiple systems and teams.

Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and facilitation skills with both business and technical stakeholders.

Experience supporting the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, analysis, testing support, QA coordination, and UAT/User Acceptance Testing.

Experience facilitating workshops and leading requirements sessions with cross-functional teams.

Ability to analyze end-to-end business processes, identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Experience documenting process flows, workflow diagrams, system interactions, and cross-system integrations.

Experience with SQL and data analysis preferred.

Banking, financial services, consumer lending, or other regulated industry experience strongly preferred.

Prior experience supporting JML or Identity-related initiatives in a banking environment preferred.

Exposure to Azure DevOps, process mapping tools, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI is a plus.
