Job Overview
We are looking for a
Business Analyst
(4–5 years’ experience) who can manage end-to-end business analysis activities including requirement gathering, documentation
(BRS/SRS/FSD)
, project execution support, client communication, UAT coordination, and scope/change management. The candidate should be confident in client-facing discussions and have strong technical understanding to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops/ Business Analyst meetings

Prepare high-quality documentation: BRS, SRS, FSD (must have strong grip)

Must have experience in creating wireframes, mockups & UMLs

Convert requirements into user stories, workflows, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria

Support project delivery by coordinating with Development/QA teams and ensuring requirement clarity

Manage UAT planning and execution support including test scenarios review, issue logging, and UAT coordination

Support project planning/reporting
Required Skills

Excellent communication (English verbal/written) and strong client handling

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Hands-on with JIRA (or similar Agile tools) and Agile/Scrum exposure

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project Professional (Gantt/timeline planning)

Good technical understanding (APIs/integrations, DB basics, system flows)

Strong reporting, coordination, and team collaboration skills

Must be willing to travel when required

Ability to work under timelines with ownership mindset

Team coordination / leadership capability is a plus

Prototyping (Figma) is plus
