Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and operational teams
• Analyze data, trends, and performance metrics to support decision-making
• Create reports, dashboards, and business documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions
• Support testing, implementation, and change management activities
• Identify risks, gaps, and process inefficiencies and recommend solutions
• Monitor project outcomes and ensure alignment with business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytical tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of business process modeling tools
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, ECBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are considered an asset
