Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to support the development, negotiation, evaluation, and monitoring of Joint Venture (JV) opportunities within the shipping and maritime sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, conducting financial and commercial analysis, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing management reports to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the negotiation, structuring, and execution of JV agreements.
• Conduct financial modelling, feasibility studies, and investment analysis.
• Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• CFA or MBA (Major in Finance) qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, corporate finance and JV project development.
• Prior experience in the shipping and maritime industries will be highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
