Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team at VigorCare Pediatric Services. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to drive decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions to business challenges
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data to non-technical audiences
• Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
