Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization by analyzing and interpreting data, identifying key business insights, and making strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, operations, and financial data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights on business performance
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business decisions
• Create and maintain documentation of business processes, procedures, and policies
• Participate in project planning and implementation, providing analytical support and identifying potential risks and opportunities
• Continuously evaluate and improve data collection and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Proven experience in project management and process improvement
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations is a plus
