Job Summary

Vidhan Infotech is hiring an experienced Business Analyst (IT) to work closely with clients and development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong requirement-gathering, documentation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business & technical requirements
• Prepare BRD, SRS, FRD, user stories, and process flows
• Coordinate with clients, developers, designers, and QA
• Create wireframes, workflows, and diagrams
• Support UAT and ensure requirements are met

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and BA tools
• Experience with documentation & process mapping
• Master’s degree in IT, CS, or related field
