  • Collect, organize, and analyze data across various business verticals including sales, operations, finance, and HR to support informed decision-making.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management reviews, highlighting key trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment of data.
  • Capture meeting minutes, document key action points, and ensure timely follow-ups for assigned tasks.
  • Manage and track projects using tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday com, ensuring accountability and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Prepare project progress updates, reports, and assist in maintaining project timelines and milestones.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups for leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle documentation, correspondence, and filing requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with HR/Admin teams for onboarding of vendors, partners, and internal staff.
  • Be actively involved in supporting leadership to close key operational and strategic tasks efficiently.
