About the Role - Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-focused Business Analyst to join our Analytic Insights team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming complex data into meaningful business insights that support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze consumer, customer, and market data while creating impactful reports and dashboards.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a US-based multinational client and collaborate with a global team across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret consumer, customer, and market data to generate actionable insights
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business decision-making
Work with large, complex, and imperfect datasets to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions
Define and track key business KPIs and performance metrics
Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reproducibility across projects
Support strategic planning through data-backed recommendations
Qualifications
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
2–5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Candidates should be comfortable working in the US time zone
Typical working hours will begin from 12:30 PM IST onwards, based on project and client requirements
