Job Title: Business Analyst / Project Manager (BAPM)

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy Business Analyst / Project Manager (BAPM) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of features—from eliciting complex requirements in the TPA/Insurance space to managing project delivery, process optimization and documentation. The ideal candidate must possess the technical depth to analyze how new changes ripple through existing system architectures and process flows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Engineering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from diverse stakeholders, including internal departments, clients, and vendors.
  • Discovery & Facilitation: Lead requirement-gathering workshops and interviews to identify pain points and translate them into actionable, technically-viable business goals documentation.
  • Technical Documentation: Author detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use-case diagrams that provide a clear, logical roadmap for engineering teams.
  • Process Innovation & Mapping: Analyze "as-is" processes and design "to-be" technical workflows to enhance system performance, ensuring no disruption to core insurance/TPA functionalities.
  • Impact Analysis: Perform deep-dive assessments on how proposed changes will affect existing technical flows, legacy system logic, and downstream data integrity.
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and timelines to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
  • Risk & Communication: Proactively identify project risks and technical dependencies. Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams and executive leadership through regular status updates.
  • Implementation & ROI: Oversee the implementation of process changes and measure their direct impact on existing workflows, business outcomes, and overall ROI.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology, bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field to ensure a strong grasp of technical logic and system integrations.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a BA or PM. Mandatory preference for candidates with Healthcare, Insurance, or TPA background (Claims, Underwriting, Policy Admin).
  • Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum (Sprint planning, backlog grooming) and Waterfall environments.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capacity to analyze the impact of changes on existing process flows and technical architectures.
  • Tooling: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira) and data visualization/flowcharting tools

Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to translate and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
