Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and certified Business Analyst with 5-7 years of relevant experience, specifically involving UAE Government & Private Sector - digital projects. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker, capable of communicating fluently and preparing professional documentation in Arabic. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital ecosystems, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and government digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for Digital Identity solutions.

Work closely with government stakeholders, business users, architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into clear solution requirements.

Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, gap analysis, and requirement traceability matrices.

Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings in Arabic and English.

Ensure alignment of requirements with UAE government regulations, policies, and digital transformation objectives.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams during project delivery, UAT, change requests, and solution validation.

Assist in defining business processes, service workflows, integration points, and operational models.

Support project documentation, compliance reviews, and governance-related deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Information Technology/Computer Science or a related field.

5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in eGovernment or large-scale public/Private sector digital transformation programs.

Proven hands-on experience working with UAE Government & Private sector entities.

Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process modelling, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Demonstrated experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and UAT support documentation.

Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory, with the ability to communicate and document effectively in both languages.

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Either CBAP, ECBA, or similar professional certification will be considered
