Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and certified Business Analyst with 5-7 years of relevant experience, specifically involving UAE Government & Private Sector - digital projects. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker, capable of communicating fluently and preparing professional documentation in Arabic. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital ecosystems, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and government digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for Digital Identity solutions.
  • Work closely with government stakeholders, business users, architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into clear solution requirements.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, gap analysis, and requirement traceability matrices.
  • Conduct workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings in Arabic and English.
  • Ensure alignment of requirements with UAE government regulations, policies, and digital transformation objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams during project delivery, UAT, change requests, and solution validation.
  • Assist in defining business processes, service workflows, integration points, and operational models.
  • Support project documentation, compliance reviews, and governance-related deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Information Technology/Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in eGovernment or large-scale public/Private sector digital transformation programs.
  • Proven hands-on experience working with UAE Government & Private sector entities.
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process modelling, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and UAT support documentation.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory, with the ability to communicate and document effectively in both languages.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Either CBAP, ECBA, or similar professional certification will be considered
