Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker) – Mobile & Web Projects

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation, along with hands-on experience in enterprise-level projects.

The role requires fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to effectively bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience in mobile and web application revamp or enhancement projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications
• Prepare documentation including BRD, FSD/FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions in Arabic and English
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Assist in UAT planning, test case reviews, and business validation
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in change requests, impact analysis, and requirement traceability

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
