About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst – Automation Specialist with 2–3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, with strong expertise in automation workflows, AI-driven processes, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Design and recommend automation solutions to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to deliver efficient automation workflows.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and requirement specifications.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth deployment of solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest automation tools and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on automation.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Understanding of AI-driven workflows, APIs, and integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
