We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative. This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are accurately captured, documented, and translated into effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, documentation, and testing coordination, with a focus on improving business processes and operational efficiency.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational procedures
- Support business process reengineering and modernization initiatives
- Develop:
- Functional specifications
- User stories
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discussions
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Support software testing and validation efforts
- Assist in:
- Test case creation
- Acceptance criteria definition
- Develop workflow diagrams and operational documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Assist with project planning and documentation
- Support user training and development of user guides
- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Strong skills in process mapping and workflow documentation
- Experience translating business needs into technical specifications
- Experience supporting software development projects
- Experience with testing and validation activities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience working on public sector or government projects
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with financial systems or accounting operations
