We are seeking a Business Analyst to analyze system operations and business processes, identify efficiency improvements, and support the development and enhancement of IT applications. This role serves as a key liaison between business units and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze systems and procedures to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Support installation and modification of systems, including documentation and process design
- Coordinate and support application development across multiple projects
- Troubleshoot software and technical issues and recommend system enhancements
- Analyze corporate data, verify database integrity, and resolve data issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user guides
- Participate in IT project design phases and steering committees
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT to resolve application issues
- Assist in creating system design and functional specifications
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in business analysis or IT systems support
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
