Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Bank’s Compliance, AML Operations, Sanctions, Credit Risk, and Regulatory Reporting stakeholders (Data Stewards, Data Owners) to understand Critical data elements required with sources/process followed for acquiring this data and reporting.
• Elicit, analyze, and document CDE’s, business rules, and data needs for the Logical Data Mart.
• Translate business problems into Data Catalog with source‑to‑target mapping (STTM), business Rules etc. for following key source systems (Total of 11 Sources including)
• FIRCO – sanctions/screening/watchlist hits, alert decisions, audit trails
• Credit Lens – credit applications, exposures, PD/LGD, risk ratings. comprehensive financial data for each customer for Industry wise Analysis e,g. DBR (Debt Burden Ratio), DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) analysis and non-model reviews.
• Intuition - Compliance and AML
• Falcon – Fiserv Product for fraud monitoring and Risk
• Tahseel Al Islami (TAI) is an internal Bank application that supports fee collection and refund processing, primarily for government and public‑sector related services under the Al Islami channel. It captures transaction‑level payment data, fee components, VAT‑relevant amounts, customer references, and operational attributes required for collections, reconciliation, and downstream financial processing

Functional & Domain Expertise

• Strong experience in BFSI, Financial Crime, AML, Sanctions, and Credit Risk

Soft Skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory and data concepts into business‑friendly language.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and facilitation skills

Data & Analytics

• Good understanding of:
• Logical & conceptual data modeling
• Data marts and enterprise data warehouses
• Source‑to‑target mapping and data lineage
• Ability to work with source datasets for analysis.

• Translate business requirements into clear techno‑functional specifications, partnering with engineering teams to ensure accurate and scalable implementation.

• Provide end‑to‑end project support including functional validation, data quality checks, and defect resolution.

• Support business stakeholders during UAT, drive clarifications, and ensure formal sign‑off and successful handover to operations.
