- Gather and validate business requirements for domestic & cross-border payments, receivables, mandates, payment investigations, and collections.
- Define functional specifications for real-time payments, bulk payments, API-based disbursements, and ISO 20022 migrations.
- Support design of liquidity modules (sweeps, pooling, virtual accounts, forecasting, intraday dashboards).
- Map end-to-end payment flows including compliance (AML, sanctions), limits, fees/charges, reconciliation, and exception handling.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops involving Operations, Compliance, Risk, Channels, and Core Banking.
- Collaborate with technology teams for solution design, integration mapping, and UAT cycles.
- Conduct gap analysis on existing payment and liquidity platforms against ANZ’s future-state vision.
