Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Six Sigma to support the planning, design, and launch of new business operations. The ideal candidate will analyze requirements, design efficient processes, and ensure scalable structures that promote operational excellence from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements for new company formation or expansion
- Map and optimize end-to-end business processes
- Apply Six Sigma methodologies to minimize risk and reduce inefficiencies
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses
- Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational metrics
- Collaborate with leadership, finance, operations, and technology teams
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Identify improvement opportunities before operational launch
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt (preferred); Black Belt is a strong advantage
- 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process mapping and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of risk management practices
- Financial modeling capability
- Experience supporting startups or new business units
