Business Analyst – Corporate Banking

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Corporate Banking

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Corporate Banking domain
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for corporate banking projects
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
• Support system implementation, testing (UAT), and deployment activities
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow diagrams
• Conduct gap analysis and impact analysis for new initiatives
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Strong knowledge of banking products (Loans, Trade Finance, Cash Management)
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Familiar with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies
