Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive female Business Analyst to analyze business data, optimize processes, and drive insights for our digital marketing projects. You will serve as the key point of contact for data-driven decision-making, playing a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all data analysis and business intelligence matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and process improvements align with project goals
Manage data queries, follow-ups, and regular reporting on key metrics
Handle data-driven insights for B2B sales, up-selling, and cross-selling of digital marketing services
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance indicators
Ensure data integrity and resolve analytical escalations professionally
Maintain accurate records of data communications and analytical pipeline
Generate reports and present performance insights to stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidates only (as per company policy)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
Confident personality with a data-first mindset
Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or digital agency work preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and tools will be a plus
