Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Entry-Level Business Analyst to support business process improvement, requirements gathering, and data-driven decision-making. This opportunity is well-suited for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience, including internships, academic projects, or relevant training programs.

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technical staff to document business needs, analyze current processes, and assist in the implementation of business and technology solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and research.
• Analyze current workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and user stories.
• Create process maps, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Perform gap analysis between existing processes and future-state requirements.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Maintain project documentation and meeting notes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, reporting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: $68,741.35 - $82,785.28 per year
