Damen Middle East Shared Services (DMESS) supports multiple Damen entities, providing expertise in Finance, IT, HR, and Data & Analytics. Based in Abu Dhabi, we play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting business growth across the Middle East.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team, acting as a key link between business stakeholders and data/IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Projects to understand and challenge business needs
• Translate business requirements into KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions
• Act as a bridge between business and technical/data teams
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to define reporting needs and performance metrics
• Support the development of Power BI dashboards and standardized reporting frameworks
• Drive consistency in KPI definitions and data governance practices

Requirements

• 5–8 years’ experience in Business Analysis or BI/reporting roles
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering experience
• Proven ability to translate business needs into BI/data solutions
• Experience with Power BI and ERP systems (D365, SAP, IFS)
• Mandatory experience in project-based, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Exposure to finance, business control, or operations
