Business Analyst-Female

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with software development, testing, and project management teams.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities.
• Support project planning, scope definition, and risk assessment.
• Prepare business process models, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Communicate project updates and insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Identify areas for business process improvement and propose strategic solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software or related industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per year
