Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you have a foundational understanding of digital marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You’ll get hands-on experience across various digital platforms while contributing to real campaigns that make an impact.

Your Key Responsibilities:
SEO & Website Optimization
➡️ Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and basic technical SEO checks
➡️ Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics/Search Console
➡️ Assist in maintaining and updating website content
Social Media Marketing
➡️ Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook
➡️ Track engagement and respond to audience interactions
➡️ Help grow followers and brand presence organically
Paid Campaign Support
➡️ Assist in setting up and monitoring Google Ads/Facebook Ads campaigns
➡️ Analyze basic campaign data and prepare reports
✉️ Email & Content Marketing
➡️ Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters
➡️ Assist in content planning, blogging, and proofreading
➡️ Help with graphic coordination using tools like Canva

Desired Profile:
✅ 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing
✅ Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, and content strategy
✅ Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
✅ Good communication skills and creative mindset
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred

Job Summary:
PAL InfoCom is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Fresher to join our software testing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality and wants to start a career in software testing and quality assurance. You will be trained to test websites, web applications, and mobile apps, and ensure they meet high standards before release.

Your Responsibilities:
Understand requirements and write basic test cases
Perform manual testing of websites & applications
Report bugs clearly to the development team
Re-test issues after bug fixes and update statuses
Learn QA processes, tools, and documentation methods
Help maintain test data, logs, and QA records
Basic automation knowledge = a plus!

Skills We’re Looking For:
Basic understanding of software testing and QA concepts
Familiarity with web and mobile apps
Good communication and reporting skills
Eye for detail and willingness to learn
Team player with a positive, learning mindset

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, CS, or related field
Basic understanding of SDLC/STLC
ISTQB certification is a plus (not mandatory)
