Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst – Finance to support financial process transformation and ERP projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP, ARIS, and MS365 Co-Pilot, and will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, document processes, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial business processes and document requirements for SAP/ERP projects.
• Support implementation of SAP solutions and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Work with ARIS for process modeling and documentation.
• Utilize MS365 Co-Pilot and Office tools for reporting, dashboards, and automation.

Must-Have:

• Hands-on experience in SAP (finance modules preferred).
• Experience with ARIS process modeling.
• Knowledge of MS365 Co-Pilot tools for productivity and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
