Initially we are looking to establish organizational structure in Pakistan with name of Cbeyond Private Limited to drive the platform development, product development, marketing, and other supporting organization structure.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Development Specialist (Product Research) to join our team. This role will be instrumental in identifying new product opportunities, conducting comprehensive market research, and developing strategies to enhance our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis, a keen understanding of industry trends, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential product opportunities and market gaps.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development strategies.
  • Compile and present comprehensive market research reports and feasibility studies.
  • Product Development Support:
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide market insights and recommendations for new products.
  • Assist in the creation of product specifications, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our product strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, potential partners, and customers.
  • Support business development initiatives by preparing proposals, presentations, and strategic plans.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Utilize various data analysis tools to gather, analyze, and interpret market and product data.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information sharing across departments to support cohesive product development and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, market research, product management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of conducting market research and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using market research tools, data analysis software, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
