Business Analyst – Freshers Welcome

Job Summary

ERPDADDY is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support data-driven decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to improve operational efficiency and system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement areas
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Coordinate with technical and functional teams
• Support ERP implementation and business solutions
• Perform data analysis and validation
• Assist in project planning and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems or software solutions is a plus
• Freshers with strong analytical skills are welcome
