About the Position: Business Analyst – Global Trade

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst – Global Trade to join our team and contribute to the development of our flagship data intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade data, market dynamics, and business analytics. This role involves working with complex global trade datasets, identifying patterns and insights, and translating them into meaningful recommendations for business and product teams.

The candidate should be comfortable working with analytical tools, proficient in data handling using Python or R, and capable of developing dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making.

Salary Range - ₹3.6 LPA to ₹5.4 LPA

Responsibilities

• Analyze global trade flows, market patterns, and international economic indicators to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Collect, clean, and process international trade datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop insightful dashboards and visualizations that highlight global trade dynamics and support internal and client-facing use cases.
• Work closely with product, research, and strategy teams to deliver data-driven insights for ongoing projects.
• Transform complex trade data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support the creation of research content focused on global trade, supply chains, tariffs, and related economic themes.
• Assist in forecasting, competitive analysis, and market assessment using data analytics tools.
• Manage end-to-end analysis cycles—from requirement gathering and data acquisition to reporting and presentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Economics, International Trade, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or other analytics tools for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong understanding of international trade concepts, market research, and business analysis.
• Experience working with trade data (UN Comtrade, ITC, WTO, customs data, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Client-handling or client-facing experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to interpret data for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site at our Hyderabad location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
