The purpose of the Business Analyst position is to assist in the development of requirements and plans to deliver technology projects. This position works directly with business related departments and Sr. Analyst to gather business requirements related to their service needs and requests. The BA will also work with a Sr. Project manager to develop short term plans, report status and track progress and deliverables for technical projects, efforts, and initiatives. Responsibilities include documentation of business requirements, translation of business requirements to project plans and deliverables list as well as other tailored business analysis and project management best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or other relevant fields.
- Excellent analytical skills.

- Minimum 2 years of business analysis or relevant experience required.
- Experience with large organizations.
- Understanding of technology and systems.

- Knowledge of or background experience in Agile development, Azure DevOps, and various project management methodologies.
