Dedicated to enhancing solution integrity and driving results at the subsystem level through thoughtful analysis and execution. Primary Responsibilities
• Convert complex business objectives into clear, structured technical and functional requirements
• Drive IT- and service-focused process enhancements through thoughtful planning and execution
• Design and deploy workflow systems and manage performance-tracking initiatives
• Oversee ongoing workflow optimization through iterative improvement strategies
• Partner with service leaders and process owners to align efforts with business goals
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to support process and system upgrades
