Business Analyst Intern

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our team. As a Business Analyst Intern, you'll assist in analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and implementing process improvements. This internship will provide hands-on experience in business analysis, developing skills in problem-solving, communication, and project management.

Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis: Gather business requirements, analyze data, and identify solutions to business problems.
2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations.
3. Requirements Gathering: Document business requirements from stakeholders.
4. Solution Design: Design and propose solutions meeting business needs.
5. Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and business leaders.
6. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements and solutions.
8. BRD (Business Requirements Document): Assist in creating BRDs outlining business needs and objectives.
9. FRD (Functional Requirements Document): Help develop FRDs specifying system features and behaviors.

Requirements

1. Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. Familiarity with business analysis tools (use cases, wireframes, flowcharts).

Nice to Have

• Experience with business analysis tools like Unified Modeling Language (UML).
• Knowledge of requirements traceability matrix (RTM).
• Familiarity with market requirements documents (MRD) and product requirements documents (PRD).
