About The Role (Internship)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Business Analyst Intern to join our IT Staffing team . The ideal candidate will support business operations, recruitment, and sales teams by assisting in data analysis, documentation, and process improvement.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting and analyzing data to support business decisions.
• Help document workflows, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with the recruitment and sales teams to understand project and client requirements.
• Support the creation of dashboards, presentations, and performance reports.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Research and suggest ways to optimize staffing and recruitment operations.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in IT staffing, HR Tech, or data-driven business analysis.
