About The Role (Internship)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical
Business Analyst Intern
to join our
IT Staffing team
. The ideal candidate will support business operations, recruitment, and sales teams by assisting in data analysis, documentation, and process improvement.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting and analyzing data to support business decisions.

Help document workflows, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Coordinate with the recruitment and sales teams to understand project and client requirements.

Support the creation of dashboards, presentations, and performance reports.

Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.

Research and suggest ways to optimize staffing and recruitment operations.
Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Interest in IT staffing, HR Tech, or data-driven business analysis.
